Exercise of the Week #1 – Single Leg RDL

Welcome to The Spine and Health Center’s Exercise of the Week. In this week’s episode, you see one of our patients performing a Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (RDL). This exercise is great for glute activation, knee stability, and balance/proprioception.
