Dr. James DiGregorio, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Spine and Health Center of Closter. James’ interest for physical therapy began as a high school athlete in Park Ridge, where he received treatment for various shoulder injuries, allowing him to continue as a New Jersey state wrestler. This growing passion led James to Sacred Heart University for both his undergraduate and graduate studies; Exercise Science in 2015 with honors and Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018.
While his passion lies in working with student-athletes, James has had varying experiences with patient care. During his clinical internships, he had the pleasure of working with and treating the elderly at the Atrium Post-Acute Care Center in Park Ridge and with patients at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center. James also completed one of his internships at the Spine and Health Center of Closter where he was later hired as a full-time physical therapist. James places a lot of focus on providing the highest possible quality of care to his patients. In his free time, James enjoys going to the gym, watching sports, and checking out new restaurants in the area.
