About Me
Dr. Casey is a Doctor of Physical
Therapy at The Spine & Health Center of
Montvale. She earned her Doctorate from
Quinnipiac University in 2019 and has over
six years of experience treating a wide
range of orthopedic, vestibular, and
neurologic conditions. Known for her
thoughtful and patient-centered approach,
Dr. Casey is dedicated to helping individuals
move better, feel stronger, and return to the
activities they love.

Dr. Casey treats a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions, including concussion rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, vertigo, balance disorders, and post-operative recovery. She incorporates advanced techniques and personalized care plans to help each patient achieve their unique therapy goals.
