Dr. Kelly Blundy, a chiropractor and functional medicine specialist at The Spine & Health Center of Montvale, attended Michigan State University and Logan University, obtaining a BS in Human Biology as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University. During her years at Logan College and MSU, Dr. Blundy studied under some of the foremost figures in the chiropractic profession today. Having attended numerous extracurricular seminars in everything from diagnosis to adjustment technique, she has spent countless hours honing and refining the skills she brings to practice.
Dr. Blundy practices Functional Medicine and is also Board Certified in Integrative Medicine. The Functional Medicine model is an individualized, patient-centered, science-based approach that empowers patients and practitioners to work together to address the underlying causes of disease and promote optimal wellness. It requires a detailed understanding of each patient’s genetic, biochemical, and lifestyle factors and leverages that data to direct personalized treatment plans that lead to improved patient outcomes.
By addressing root cause, practitioners are able to identifying the complexity of disease and find solutions instead of just covering up symptoms.

Dr. Peter Wohl is a chiropractor at The Spine & Health Center of Montvale. A New York native, Dr. Wohl received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University and also attended Life University. During his years at Logan College and Life University, Dr. Wohl studied under some of the foremost figures in the chiropractic profession today.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Wohl is the team chiropractic physician for the 2015 ACC Champion Clemson Track & Field teams. Dr. Wohl has been honored to treat Olympians from the United States and Jamaica. Dr. Wohl has been heard on Sirius/XM sports talk shows including Scott Ferrall and Ferrall on the Bench.
Dr. Wohl received education in Extremity Adjusting, Neurological Diagnosis and Treatment, Radiology, Dynamic Spinal Analysis, and Soft Tissue Techniques including Active Release Technique, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial and Positional Release Techniques.

Dr. Alex, a chiropractor at The Spine & Health Center of Closter, earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science along with a minor in Biology from UNCC and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from UBCC. While at UBCC, Dr. Alex became an essential member of the Human Performance Lab where him and his team would test professional, collegiate, and high school athletes to reduce injury risk, evaluate potential, and eliminate weaknesses. While at UBCC, Dr. Alex was selected by the West Haven VA Hospital to partake in their clinical internship program where he was able to work side-by-side with orthopedic surgeons, neurologist, and other practitioners for the betterment of his patients. During his time at UNCC, he earned his American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist certification so that he could combine chiropractic care and exercise prescription to get the most out of his patients. Dr. Ryan is a chiropractor at The Spine & Health Center of Closter. He earned his Applied Kinesiology degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. While at Rutgers, Dr. Albern was able to intern with the Princeton University Strength and Conditioning coaches, utilizing exercises and work out programs specific to the needs of each individual athlete so that they could excel in their respective sport. Dr. Albern likes to emphasize proper lifting techniques and biomechanics to optimize performance while also reducing the risk of potential injury. During high school and college, Dr. Albern would suffer from debilitating migraines and headaches, failing to get relief until he saw a chiropractor. After a few treatments, the migraines were permanently gone which is what started Dr. Albern’s journey to becoming a chiropractor. Dr. Albern believes in highly specific, individualized care and education to achieve optimal results with patient performance.

Dr. Kim, a chiropractor at The Spine & Health Center of Montvale, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the oldest chiropractic institution in the world. Embodying a tradition of caring and patient satisfaction, she helps enhance people’s quality of life as well as promote vitality and wellness. Dr. Kim has practiced chiropractic for over 15 years and she takes a real interest in her patients’ total wellbeing. She takes the time to listen and focuses on finding the true cause of patient’s pain to help eliminate it and teach them how to prevent it from reoccurring.
Diagnosed with migraine headaches at a young age, Dr. Del Mage understands the challenges of living with chronic pain from headaches and has done extensive research on effective ways to offer lasting relief to her patients. She has completed advanced training in Pre-Natal and Pediatric Chiropractic as well as Chiropractic Sports Medicine and Neurology and is certified in the Webster Technique. A mother of three, Dr. Del Mage is passionate about the importance of treatment for infants and children and has done additional training in gentle techniques to help even the smallest patients feel safe and comfortable. She performs specialized techniques such as Sacro-occipital Technique, Activator Methods and Cranio-sacral therapy which offer gentle non-force methods of treating patients of all ages.

Dr. Craig is a chiropractor at The Spine & Health Center of New Jersey. He earned his B.S. in Biology from The Richard Stockton College in Pomona, NJ. After completion of his undergraduate studies he then attended Life University in Atlanta, GA and ultimately earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree through Palmer College in Davenport, IA.
Dr. Craig, a suffering asthmatic as a child, first experienced the wonders of chiropractic care at 18 years old. After seeing tremendous improvements with his lung function and breathing, he devoted his life to learning and sharing the chiropractic message.
He has over 16 years of experience in both private practice and in multi-disciplinary settings and ran his own practice in Rockland County for 12 years before joining the Spine & Health Center team. He utilizes a wide variety of techniques to help his patients achieve the best possible results, holding a certification in the Thompson Terminal Point Technique and having extensive post-graduate training in both Activator Methods and ART.
Dr. Craig has also worked closely with Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists, Doctors of Physical Therapy, as well as MDs, Orthopedic Surgeons and Neurologists. He is a true believer in the multidisciplinary approach toward better health.
In addition to his professional affiliations, Dr. Craig has worked with the NJ Jackals and Rockland Boulders minor league baseball teams, was the executive producer of Community Wellness Day-Rockland and has trained with some the most accomplished chiropractors in the United States.
In his personal time, Dr. Craig enjoys spending time with his family, his son Brenden and hiking many of the most beautiful trails in NJ and the Hudson Valley. He is also a die-hard NY Giants fan and a big live music fan.

A graduate from the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic and Acupuncture Institute, Dr. Jasmine uses each treatment as an opportunity to hone her skills as a healthcare practitioner and manual therapist in order to provide the highest quality of care for each of her future patients. As your future doctor, she holds herself accountable for providing high quality, evidence based, patient-centered care as an integrated manual therapy approach by preventing recurrence of injury.
While at UBSC, Dr. Jasmine was selected by the West Haven VA Hospital to partake in their clinical internship program providing patients with chiropractic care and acupuncture.
Dr. Jasmine also spent four years studying Health Science at Drexel University. During this time she focused on exploring several different avenues of healthcare. From public health outreach in underserved neighborhoods in Philadelphia, community health centers and as an aide in the ICU, she uses her diverse healthcare experience to further provide patients with the best care possible.

Dr. Ash is chiropractor at The Spine & Health Center of Closter. He holds his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic, and prior to this received his Bachelor’s from Kean University.
In addition, he has continued his education with various certifications including Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR), Fascial Manipulation, and Rocktape Functional Movement Technique (FMT) Performance. He is always eager to learn and continues to pursue various certifications in the field.
Dr. Ash has an extensive background working in various settings ranging from inpatient post-surgical and subacute rehabilitation to outpatient sports-oriented practices. His background and education allow him to incorporate an individualized and function specific rehabilitative approach in each of his treatments and he is committed to rendering high quality evidence-based and patient-centered care to his patients.
Keri Moran is the Director of Physical Therapy at The Spine & Health Center of Montvale. She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 1998 with a degree in Physical Therapy. Keri has over 17 years of experience in pediatrics, orthopedics and geriatrics. For the 4 years prior to having children, Keri was the Director of Physical Therapy at Sports Care. After having her first child, she started a home care physical therapy company, which she operated for 9 years prior to joining The Spine & Health Center of Montvale. In addition to seeing her patients, Keri oversees the day-to-day operations of the physical therapy department. Keri resides in Park Ridge where she has three children in the schools and remains an active member of the community. Keri specializes in knee and shoulder rehabilitation and also takes various continuing education courses throughout the year.

Dr. Bruce Buckman is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at The Spine & Health Center of Closter. With a love for treating sports injuries, Dr. Bruce has worked with patients ranging from novice to professional athletes, highlighted by his 2013 internship with the San Francisco Giants. Priding himself on developing individualized and patient-specific programs, including therapeutic exercise and evidence-based hands on techniques, Bruce also has six years of experience treating the pediatric and geriatric patient populations. Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science from Marist College in 2010, went on to achieve his Doctorate from Sacred Heart University in 2013, and is currently a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. Bruce is also certified in Lower Extremity and Upper Extremity Active Release Techniques (ART). He has developed a working relationship with Crossfit Rockland, where he also trains as an athlete.

Dr. Jordan August is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at The Spine & Health Center of Closter. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island where he majored in Exercise Science. He went on to obtain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. While at Rutgers, Dr. Jordan took part in research involving concussion rehabilitation and return to sport in athletes. Upon graduation, Jordan received an award for Outstanding Clinical Performance over 42 weeks of clinical rotations.
Dr. Jordan is experienced in treating a variety of diagnoses and has a strong background in helping athletes return to sport. He has a great deal of knowledge in manual therapy, exercise prescription, strength training, and injury prevention. Dr. Julia Perez is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at The Spine & Health Center of Montvale. Julia is born and raised in Park Ridge, NJ, where she graduated from Park Ridge High School in 2013. She played soccer and ran track for PRHS, which is where her interest for physical therapy began. In high school, Julia shadowed physical therapists in the area and this sparked her interest even more.
Julia went on to attend the University of Delaware where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with an Exercise Physiology concentration and Bachelor of Arts degree in French studies in 2017. Following her undergraduate career, her love for physical therapy led her to the DPT program at Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, NH where she earned her graduate degree in February 2020.
Julia is interested in all aspects of physical therapy. She completed a clinical rotation at Genesis Rehab in Parsippany NJ which broadened her experience with the geriatric population, and she completed two outpatient rotations where she discovered interests in high school athletes and pediatrics. Julia loves the diversity that outpatient physical therapy brings and makes sure to use all of her skills to care for patients. She is continuing to follow through as an author in an ongoing research study focusing on the effects of bed height and health care provider positioning during chest compressions in the NICU. Julia is a LSVT BIG Clinician. LSVT BIG is a form of treatment that helps improve movements of people with Parkinson’s Disease.
In her free time, Julia loves to run, travel, spend time with family/friends, and watch the New York Giants and New Jersey Devils.

Dr. James DiGregorio is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Spine & Health Center of Montvale. James’ interest for physical therapy began as a high school athlete in Park Ridge, where he received treatment for various shoulder injuries, allowing him to continue as a New Jersey state wrestler. This growing passion led James to Sacred Heart University for both his undergraduate and graduate studies; Exercise Science in 2015 with honors and Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. While his passion lies in working with student-athletes, James has had varying experiences with patient care. During his clinical internships, he had the pleasure of working with and treating the elderly at the Atrium Post-Acute Care Center in Park Ridge and with patients at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center. James also completed one of his internships at the Spine & Health Center of Closter where he was later hired as a full-time physical therapist seeing a variety of patients. James has since been transitioned as a full-time physical therapist to The Spine & Health Center of Montvale where he now works full time. James places a lot of focus on providing the highest possible quality of care to his patients. In his free time, James enjoys going to the gym, watching sports, and checking out new restaurants in the area.

Simona Vitali-Bryant is a highly talented, knowledgeable and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant. Her experience is extensive as she combines European and American methods of healing. She’s a perpetual student, an ardent reader of research for new and effective rehabilitation and holistic healing approaches, especially regarding women’s health. She holds a BS in Business Marketing and Foreign Languages from Istituto Guglielmo Marconi, Bologna, Italy. She received a First and Second Degree in the Reiki Usui System of Natural Healing in Italy. She worked in conjunction with physical therapists and medical doctors treating auto accident, sports, and work injuries as well as providing family care. She achieved a First Dan Black Belt in Karate Shotokan Style in Italy and instructed children from White to Brown Belt level. After arriving in the USA, she volunteered for three years at Hackensack University Medical Center, NJ in the ER, Physical Therapy Out-Patient and In-Patient departments. In 2006, she received an AAS degree from the Bergen Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program in Paramus, NJ. Her curiosity about neuroscience, hormonal imbalances, the origin of pain and brain function, led her to continue her studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ. James grew up on Long Island and studied at the University of Scranton and graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and a Concentration in Nutrition in 2009 and continued with his studies at the University to complete his Doctorate of Physical therapy in 2012. During his time at the University, James ran competitively with the Cross Country Team for four years, was the Assistant Men’s & Women’s Coach for the 2009 to 2011 seasons, and had multiple radio shows through the University’s radio station .
With over 8 years of experience, James has had clinical internships and work experience through New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, working at state of the art Aquatic Physical Therapy clinic with adjustable floor for varying depth, and the most up to date McKenzie Method Specialists. Through these experiences, James has developed personalized treatment methods to care for people through all ages and walks of life who have been diagnosed with various neurological, orthopedic conditions, post-surgical orthopedic care, and athletes with a special interest in running injuries. He is certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment which is a movement based assessment tool to help identify the location of tissue or joint dysfunction despite the location of the reported pain.

Kaitlyn has a passion for treating people with orthopedic and neurological conditions, with clinical experience at the Michael E. Debakey VA Medical center providing wound care and physical therapy services for veterans with spinal cord injuries. Kaitlyn also had a clinical rotation at The Universal Institute treating people with a variety of neuromuscular conditions, including brain injury, stroke, and cerebral palsy. Kaitlyn completed a clinical rotation at the Spine and Health Center of Closter, NJ where she treated a variety of people with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
Kaitlyn places high priority on providing an inclusive and adaptive environment for people of all ability to increase their physical fitness and improve their quality of life. Kaitlyn is adaptive and inclusive trainer (AIT) certified, making her qualified to conduct fitness and physical therapy services for people with disabilities and maintain an inclusive setting. Kaitlyn is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), serving on the Board of Directors as the Nominating Committee Member for the Student Assembly. Dr. Trella Allen received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University Medical Center and is a New Jersey and New York State licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. She trained in Columbia’s Advanced Orthopedic Track as well as advanced electives in Foot and Ankle, Performing Arts, Sports Performance and Pelvic Health. In addition she was selected as a clinical doctoral student of Columbia University’s RunLab where runners are evaluated and educated on performance enhancement and injury prevention. During her time at Columbia she co-directed CancerFIT, a program that offers evidence based exercises classes for cancer patients and survivors at both Columbia University New York Presbyterian and NYU Langone Hospitals. She was able to share her love for anatomy as the instructor of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) residency anatomy course taught to New York Presbyterian PM&R residents for an entire semester. She also has a masters degree in Applied Physiology from Columbia University Teachers College which she plans to integrate into both her physical therapy and yoga practice.
Trella started practicing yoga in 2008. Yoga transformed her mind, body and spirit in an indescribable way. Trella has over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training certifications where she passionately studied alignment, meditation and creative sequencing. She have since taught yoga for ten years, which was the impetus for wanting to become a physical therapist. Her style of teaching combines alignment based fundamentals and vigor where you can expect a creative flow, intense core and fun inversions.
In 2012, Trella founded a 501(c)3 called Yogis heart which offered yoga scholarships to students 15-25 who cannot afford yoga. While she had to put the organization on hold when she started her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she hopes to one day offer scholarships again.
Trella’s deepest desire is to integrate her yoga practice with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in order to create wholistic healing for the mind, body and spirit. She loves to meditate, eat nutritious food, move her body, laugh and have loads of fun.
She is a lifelong student, friend, yogi, and lover of life who desires to inspire growth in herself and in others.
Dr. Sally Rim is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Spine & Health Center of Closter, NJ. She is a Closter local. Sally attended the 6 year DPT program at Ithaca College for her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health studies in 2018 and DPT in 2020. Sally has had various experiences with patients in multiple settings. During one of her clinical rotations, she had the opportunity to work with the elderly population with various conditions such as cardiac, pulmonary, and neuromuscular conditions. Most of her clinical rotations were outpatient clinics where she had the opportunity to work with various orthopedic injuries and continued to work with patients with neuromuscular conditions.
Sally places importance on providing the best possible care all the while providing education so that patients have a better awareness of their conditions and body. She believes that education plays a large role in patient care.
In her spare time Sally loves to travel, read, watch movies, spend time with family/friends, eat, and lounge around with her dogs.

Elizabeth Finale, MPT, MDT, LSVT, is a physical therapist at The Spine & Health Center of Oradell. She holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers/UMDNJ. Beth has been practicing physical therapy since 1997, giving her 23 years of experience under her belt. Before joining us at SHC, Beth previously worked as a physical therapist at New Jersey Brain and Spine Center for 17 years where she specialized in the treatment of neck and back disorders.
Beth holds a certification in LSVT BIG, a program created for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological impairments. LSVT BIG effectively trains improved movements for any activity. The treatment improves walking, self-care and other tasks by helping people “recalibrate” how they perceive their movements with what others actually see. Additionally, Beth is MDT certified, meaning that she has achieved advanced credentials in mechanical diagnosis and treatment through the McKenzie Institute. A certified McKenzie therapist, like Beth, includes education during treatment, where the goal is to teach patients how to properly manage symptoms to play an active role in recovery.

Beth Small is a licensed acupuncturist in both New York and New Jersey. She has been actively involved in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since 1999, and has administered acupuncture as well as other TCM modalities in both private practice and pain management settings. Acupuncture & TCM have been proven to successfully treat ear, nose and throat disorders, gastrointestinal issues, gynecological conditions, immune diseases, addiction, emotional/psychological and musculoskeletal pain as well as for overall preventative medicine. As a compliment to acupuncture, Beth specializes in cupping, tui na, gua sha and auricular therapies, and can customize multi-modality treatment plans for each individual patient’s protocol. During her many years in practice, she has developed an interpersonal approach to the patient/practitioner relationship, infusing a fundamental understanding of both holistic care and integrative medicine into her treatment programs.

She has 5 years of acupuncture experience in New Jersey and specializes in the immune system, gynecological problems, and musculoskeletal pain.
