How Can Physical Therapy help?
At The Spine and Health Center (SHC) we are equipped with specialized professionals to help restore how your brain and body work together again!
We create a personalized treatment plan targeted for your symptoms and tailored to help you achieve your goals through a principle called neuroplasticity!
What is Neuroplasticity? The brain’s ability to “re-train” itself by forming new connections between existing brain cells to work and communicate better again! Every time you practice a movement or task, your brain strengthens the pathway that controls each movement—like blazing a new trail through a forest the more you walk it.
Here at The Spine and Health Center (SHC) we use specific, repeated exercises and movements to promote neuroplasticity through a patient centered program developed to help you get back to your previous level of function and achieve your goals.
Our team of Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists and Chiropractors are here to help you feel and move like yourself again!
