Meet Danielle Lerch, OTR/L, CLT, Director of Occupational Therapy at the Spine and Health Center of New Jersey in Montvale and Closter, NJ

Danielle earned her Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Ithaca College. She then began her career in occupational therapy at a subacute rehabilitation facility in New York City, where she gained a solid foundation in patient care. Her journey then took her to South Carolina and Colorado, where she worked through several travel OT contracts, broadening her skillset and adapting to diverse clinical settings. Over the last six years, Danielle has specialized in oncology care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. There, she became a certified lymphedema therapist, gaining extensive experience in providing care to cancer patients, particularly those dealing with the physical side effects of treatment.
