James grew up on Long Island and studied at the University of Scranton and graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Concentration in Nutrition in 2009 and continued with his studies at the University to complete his Doctorate of Physical therapy in 2012.
During his time at the University, Dr. James Gamrat ran competitively with the Cross Country Team for four years, was the Assistant Men’s & Women’s Coach for the 2009 to 2011 seasons, and had multiple radio shows through the University’s radio station.
With over 8 years of experience, Dr. James Gamrat, PT, DPT has had clinical internships and work experience in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, working at a state-of-the-art Aquatic Physical Therapy clinic with the adjustable floor for varying depths, and the most up-to-date McKenzie Method Specialists.
