I only had a consultation with Casey (physical therapist(, but I felt compelled to write a review because of how incredible the experience was.
Before even meeting her, I had emailed over my imaging and surgical notes, and she took the time to really understand my situation. When I came in, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She put me in a private room and even let me lay down when my pain started to worsen, which meant so much to me.
There was also an intern with her (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name), but she was equally kind and attentive. She brought me ice and even rolled up a towel to support my neck during the consult. It was such a small gesture, but it made a huge difference in that moment.
After talking everything through, we both agreed that physical therapy just isn’t safe for me right now due to my current health issues, and that I likely need further surgical intervention first. That honesty and clinical judgment meant everything to me. I never felt pushed or dismissed..just truly cared for.
Casey is warm, confident, and incredibly compassionate. She made me feel completely at ease, and I trusted her immediately. When I’m ready for physical therapy in the future, I will absolutely be coming back to her specifically.
The entire practice as a whole is fantastic, and I’m so grateful for the level of care and understanding I received.
