My chiropractor and PT communicate and work together to ensure continuity of care — my physical therapist and chiropractor regularly consult with one another regarding treatment strategies and best practices during sessions. Unlike the impersonal, “cookie-cutter” approach often found in larger therapy facilities, SHC offers individualized care delivered by providers with both expertise and personality.
