About Me
Dr. Christopher Flynn is a chiropractor dedicated to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most in their lives. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic, where he graduated as Valedictorian and received the Student Excellence, Clinical Excellence, and Research Excellence Awards. During his training, he developed a strong interest in rehabilitation-focused chiropractic care and the management of musculoskeletal injuries.
Dr. Flynn focuses on identifying the underlying causes of neuromusculoskeletal pain and dysfunction rather than simply addressing symptoms. His approach combines hands-on chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue techniques, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and targeted rehabilitation exercises to help patients recover from injuries and improve long-term function via proper biomechanics. He has a particular interest in treating patients with chronic pain, sports injuries, and individuals recovering from injuries and automobile accidents.
Throughout his training and clinical experience, Dr. Flynn has worked with patients of different ages and activity levels, from athletes looking to optimize performance to members of the geriatric population seeking to maintain mobility and independence. He believes that patient education and active rehabilitation are key components of recovery and works closely with patients to help them build strength, resilience, and confidence in their movement.
Outside of the office, Dr. Flynn enjoys fishing, running, and exploring the outdoors. He is passionate about health, performance, and helping people stay active throughout every stage of life.
