Meet Dr. Keri Moran

For almost three decades, Keri Moran-Perry has poured her heart, expertise, and relentless drive into a career she knew she was meant for from the start. After two knee surgeries and months of physical therapy in high school due to a soccer injury, Keri experienced firsthand how exceptional care can restore not just movement, but confidence and possibility. That experience set her on the path to becoming a Physical Therapist—and it propelled her forward to compete at the Division I level in lacrosse at Quinnipiac University.

Keri graduated from Quinnipiac in 1994 and immediately began shaping her career with a dual focus: pediatrics in the school system and outpatient orthopedics in a private clinic. It wasn’t long before outpatient care called her full-time, leading her to SportsCare, Inc., where she quickly rose to Director of the Wyckoff location through her leadership, clinical skill, and ability to elevate patient outcomes.

After welcoming her first child, Keri launched Peak Home Based Rehabilitation—her own thriving home-care PT practice—allowing her to deliver high-quality treatment to patients with limited access to outpatient facilities. Ten years later, a motor vehicle accident brought her to The Spine and Health Center of Montvale as a patient under Dr. Kelly Blundy. The experience reconnected her with her original passion for outpatient orthopedics—and ultimately led her to stay, grow, and help transform the practice.

Today, Keri serves as the Vice President of The Spine and Health Center of New Jersey, bringing a uniquely diversified background across pediatrics, orthopedics, home-care, sports rehab, and complex case management. Known for her tenacity and diagnostic instincts, she is deeply committed to identifying the root cause of every patient’s issue—empowering them to return to the activities and lifestyle they love.

Driven by a mission to elevate healthcare standards, Keri continues to help lead The Spine and Health Center toward its vision of becoming New Jersey’s premier multidisciplinary destination for exceptional patient-centered care.
